During the first biennium of licensure or within twenty-four (24) months of initial licensure, whichever ends later, practitioners are required to attend one (1) full day at a Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine meeting at which disciplinary hearings are conducted as provided in Rule 64B2-13.004(7)(a), F.A.C. Initial licensure practitioners who reside out of the state may satisfy this requirement within 12 months after commencing treatment of patients in Florida. However, these licensees are required to complete the hours required by Rule 64B2-13.0045, F.A.C.
If you are registering for a Board meeting less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting being held, your name will NOT appear on the pre-registered sign in sheet. You may, however, still attend the meeting, but must sign in on the non-registered sign in sheet for continuing education credit only.
Information needed to complete this form:
- License number
- Meeting date you wish to attend
- Type of Meeting Credit
If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting for which you register, please contact the board office prior to the board meeting. You will also then need to re-register for another meeting.
