Florida law provides that an initial application must be reviewed within 30 days. Below is the average number of days we are currently processing at.
House Bill 713 repealed Section 460.4166, Florida Statutes related to Registered Chiropractic Assistants effective July 1, 2020. This means as of the effective date Registered Chiropractic Assistants (RCA) are no longer regulated by the Department of Health and will not be required to register for licensure or pay biennial certification fees to work as an RCA in a Chiropractic Physician’s office.
