First biennium licensees are required to pre-register fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting pursuant to Rule 64B2-13.007, F.A.C. If you have not pre-registered for a Board meeting at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting date, your name will NOT appear on the pre-registered sign in sheet and you will NOT receive “First Biennium” attendance credit. You may, however, still attend the meeting, but must sign in/out on the non-registered sheet to receive general continuing education credit only.

- License number
- Meeting date you wish to register for
- Type of Meeting Credit requested
If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting for which you register, please contact the board office prior to the board meeting. You will also then need to re-register for another meeting.
